Is Colon Hydrotherapy covered under any Extended Health Care Providers?

Recently, the College of Nurses of Ontario identified Colon Hydrotherapy as a nursing act under the 'routine activity of living' guidelines.  Marsh Canada Limited and Encon insure Colon Hydrotherapy as a nursing act for RN’s and RPN’s.  At Golden Pheasant Tai Chi & Wellness, all of our therapists are nurses registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.  If you have extended health coverage we would be delighted to provide you with copies of the letter from the College of Nurses and our nursing professional associations in addition to a cover letter and receipts, evidence of services rendered by our staff for submission to your Health Care Provider.

Choosing to have Colon Hydrotherapy done is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. We are a professional clinic in a medical building. All of our therapists are nurses registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario who have received advanced training from Dee Lewis R.N. extended class. They presently hold professional nursing memberships with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (R.N.A.O.) or The Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (R.P.N.A.O.).
